About Portland Photobooth Services

Portland Photobooth Services is run by Evelyn, who lives in North Portland. She services, maintains and manages 10 photo booths stationed around town with the help of her very helpful assistant, Jocelyn. Evelyn and Jocelyn both have degrees in fine art, and are devoted to the perpetuation of this dying technology as an art form. While an art degree has in no way prepared either of them to work on the complicated mechanical systems inside the booths, they somehow manage to keep 'em going with ingenuity, heart and a little elbow grease.

Portland Photobooth Services is the only company in the Portland area that offers the original black and white chemical process booth. Our partnership with Seattle-based Photobooth Services ensures access to materials and parts, as well as the expertise of Bill, their photo booth guru.

Jocelyn, a talented photographer in her own right, took all of the photos on this site, except for the main concept art, which was taken by K.C. Stimpson.
